1. What you are buying

You are buying a display state. Your payment is added to one side of one argument, and while that side has the higher total, its verdict is the one shown in large letters on the page.

That is the entire product and it is delivered the instant your payment confirms. There is nothing else coming.

2. Pricing

Any whole amount from $1 to $500. Every page shows the exact amount that would put a side in front, so you never have to work it out.

Your money joins your side’s total permanently and keeps counting, including while your side is losing. Nothing decays, nothing expires, and taking the lead back only ever costs the difference.

3. There is nothing to win

No payouts, prizes, winnings or cash value, ever. Your payment is not a deposit, a wager, a stake, a bet or an investment, and no outcome pays anybody anything. Nobody is holding your money on your behalf.

Refunds are a different thing, and you can have one. Ask shortly after paying and you get your money back, no argument. We also refund automatically if we decline a statement you bought, or if we retire an argument you paid into during the previous day.

There is no chance involved either. What you get is fixed, immediate and known before you pay: your amount is added to a side, and the higher total is displayed.

4. Being overtaken is the product

Someone spending more than you is not a fault, a failure or a surprise. It is the thing you are paying to participate in, and it can happen a minute later.

5. You will be told when you lose

If you pay, we keep the email address Stripe already collected for your receipt and use it for exactly one thing: telling you when somebody spends more than you. No newsletter, no marketing, one click to stop it forever.

6. You cannot write much here

You can pick a side, put an optional display name on it, and buy a statement for review. That is the entire list. There is no message, no link, no comment, and nothing a stranger writes reaches the site without a human reading it first.

7. The arguments are ours

We write most of the debates and we choose which ones exist. We may add, reword or retire any of them at any time. If we retire one, anything paid into it in the previous day is refunded.

8. The verdicts are jokes

A verdict on this site means one thing only: more money has been spent on that side than the other one. It is not a fact, a consensus, a survey result, advice, or a statement about the world. Do not cite it.
